How refunds are handled
Purchases completed through the Cartpanda checkout are processed by Cartpanda in its Merchant of Record capacity. Refund requests are therefore handled according to the applicable Cartpanda refund and return policy, the transaction terms presented at checkout, and mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
